Prototypes

Based on the future series production process, we produce prototypes and pre-production parts.

As these components already have the properties of the future series parts, material properties, parts safety and their function can already be tested at an early stage.

Here, it is an essential aspect to determine the suitability for series production.

Try-out

We are capable of trying out tools under series production conditions on our own try-out presses up to a tool length of 6,000 mm and a total pressing force of 15,000 kN.

With larger tools, we perform the try-out on the customer’s series production presses and guarantee a speedy and smooth start-up.
